Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings and online card payments made through travel-macedonia.mk (guided tours, excursions and travel services in North Macedonia). By making a booking or payment you agree to the terms below.
Cancellation by the customer
- More than 7 days before the scheduled service date — full refund, less any non-recoverable third-party costs already paid on your behalf.
- 3 to 7 days before — 50% refund.
- Less than 48 hours before, or no-show — no refund.
To request a cancellation or refund, email info@travel-macedonia.mk with your booking name and date.
Cancellation by Travel North Macedonia
If we must cancel a confirmed service due to weather, safety, an insufficient number of participants, or other circumstances beyond our control, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund, at your choice.
How refunds are made
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method — the same card used for the online payment — within up to 14 business days. The time for the funds to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer.
